Apprentice Conference with James Bryan Smith

Saint Francis in the Field Episcopal Church, Louisville, KY
A Christian is a disciple - an apprentice of Jesus learning from how to live life the way God intended. This weekend will give concrete methods for how tio follow Jesus in a way that will enable us to grow into Christlike character. Join fellow Saint Patrick's parishioners as we learn how to grow in Christ. A $25 registration fee includes snacks on Friday evening, continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday and a copy of the book, The Good and Beautiful Community which will be available at the conference.
Intimate Allies: Growing Together As Partners
Marriage seems to bring out the best and the worst in the two persons striving to build a relationship together. This class will look at some of the challenges test being intimate allies; patterns in marriage that hinder closeness--barriers to intimacy; and what to do when we disagree and how to come through those times together. This class is for all of us who desire their relationships to be the best they can be. Led by Stuart and Carla Palmer on Jan. 29, Feb. 5, and Feb. 12, 2:30-3:45pm, at St. Patrick’s.
